The project
Wolfbrook’s Grange Road development is seven architecturally designed two- and three-bedroom homes. Each one has open-plan living, outdoor space and its own off-street parking. They’re built to be stylish and low maintenance.
Homes like these need solid work behind the walls and under the ground. That’s where we came in.
Start to finish
We delivered the plumbing and drainage for all seven homes. That meant site preparation right through to final fittings.
Having one team across every stage keeps things simple. There are fewer handovers. Everyone knows the plan. And the details get checked by the same people who put them in.
