At Armstrong Plumbing and Drainage, quality runs deeper - and it has for nearly a century.

Established in Te Awamutu in 1927, we’re a fourth-generation family business built on pride, craftsmanship, and a commitment to doing the job properly, even when no one sees it.

In 1997, Bryce and Leanne Armstrong brought the business to Tauranga, continuing the Armstrong legacy in the Bay of Plenty. In 2020, their son Cole Armstrong took over, rebranding to Armstrong Plumbing and Drainage to reflect our growing expertise in drainage alongside plumbing. Today, Cole and his partner Lydia lead the company together while raising the fifth generation - Theo and Clayton.

We’re now a team of 20, with several long-standing staff who’ve been with us for over a decade. That loyalty reflects the culture we’ve built: a team that takes pride in the work, looks out for each other, and always strives to be better.

From underground infrastructure to the final fixtures, we deliver plumbing and drainage that lasts, protects, and performs. Our purpose is simple: we take pride in perfecting the unseen. Because to us, the stuff behind the walls matters just as much as what you can see.
